Address Book |

Used
for storing important or frequently used names and email addresses.
The Address Book can be used to address your messages when composing
outgoing mail. You
can reach the Address Book by clicking Options
on the Navigation bar and then Address
Book on
the Options page. Alternatively, you can open the Address Book by
clicking
Address
Book
on the Compose page.
Inserting
Addresses with the Address Book
To
address an outgoing email message by using the Address Book:
From
the Compose
page, click Address
Book
beside the To:,
CC:,
or BCC:
box in which you wish to insert one or more email addresses; this
will take you to the Address Book.
Under the Use column heading, click the checkbox beside the address(es) that you wish to insert into your message.
Click Finished on the bar at the top of the page.
You
will be returned to the Compose page; the box beside the Address
Book
button that you clicked will be filled in with your selected address(es).
Creating
an Address Book Contact
To
create an Address Book contact:
From the Address Book, type into the text boxes at the top of the page the full name and email address (and any comments) of the new contact that you are creating.
Click the Create button under the Action column heading on the ride side of the contact.
Click Save on the bar at the top of the page.
Repeat the previous steps to add additional contacts.
Click Finished on the bar at the top of the page.
Editing
an Address Book Contact
To
edit an Address Book contact:
From the Address Book, click the text of the contact that you wish to change.
Type any changes into the text box.
Click Save on the bar at the top of the page.
Repeat the previous steps to edit additional contacts.
Click Finished on the bar at the top of the page.
Deleting
an Address Book Contact
To
delete an Address Book contact:
From the Address Book, under the Action column heading click the Delete button beside the contact that you wish to delete.
Click Save on the bar at the top of the page.
Repeat the previous steps to delete additional contacts.
Click Finished on the bar at the top of the page.
Sorting Address Book Contacts
You can sort the Address Book by name, email address, or comments. To sort the Address Book, click the column heading by which you wish to sort your contacts.

If your system has a Global Address Book, global contacts will appear at the top of the list before your personal contacts, and will be sorted alphabetically by Name. Sorting your Address Book will not affect the order of the global contacts |
